Simply install the app and activate it whilst cycling on your own or a hire bike anywhere in Germany. No registration, no hassle!

The app counts the kilometres you’ve cycled, which can then be exchanged for rewards and discounts with participating partners.

Term ticket

Are you a student at the University of Würzburg, the THWS Würzburg-Schweinfurt or the University of Music, and would you like to experience theatre, ballet or music live? With the Mainfranken Theatre Semester Ticket, you can attend almost all performances. Your ticket is already covered by the semester fee of 2 euros per semester. Here’s how it works: Book your ticket online via the webshop by clicking the doctor’s hat icon in the programme, or by telephone on 0931 375 375. Alternatively, you can book directly at the theatre box office, by email or in person at the theatre’s new building.

Important information regarding collection:

Tickets must be collected by the next day the box office is open at the latest, otherwise the booking will lapse.If booking multiple tickets, all enrolment certificates must be presented; a photo is sufficient.Your student ID must be shown upon collection and on entry.

Seat guarantee:

At least 5 per cent of seats per performance are reserved for students. This allocation is available from four weeks to five days before the event. Depending on attendance, further tickets may be released shortly before the performance.

auto-LOAD

New at the canteen

With auto-LOAD from the Würzburg Students’ Union, you’ll never have to worry again about whether there’s enough credit on your chip card. As soon as your balance falls below an amount you’ve set, the card will automatically be topped up with an amount of your choice. You set this minimum balance and the amount to be topped up yourself, within a specified range.

Participation in auto-LOAD is voluntary. You simply need to set up a SEPA direct debit mandate for your current account so that the payments are debited automatically. You can complete the one-off registration at the on-site Service Point.

Please bring the following with you:

• Your chip card
• Your debit card
• A valid official photo ID
• Proof of your address (in case direct debits cannot be processed)

This way, you can enjoy a relaxed meal in the canteen or cafeteria without having to worry about your balance!

Upgrading to the term ticket: D-Ticket Studium

With the Deutschlandticket, you can travel throughout Germany as a student. If you’re studying at the Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences, you can purchase the Deutschlandticket at a reduced price.
