Important information regarding retakes:

If you need to retake an exam, you will not automatically be re-registered for it. You must register for the next exam session yourself within the registration period. A third attempt must be taken within 12 months of the second attempt. You should therefore check in good time to ensure that your registration has been successfully processed.

At the start of the semester, the THWS Card must be validated at one of the machines in order for it to be valid.

Locations in Würzburg:

  • Röntgenring 8, Building B in the foyer
  • Münzstraße 12, in the foyer between Lecture Theatre M.-1.07 and the Sparkasse Lecture Theatre
  • Sanderheinrichsleitenweg 20, in front of the cafeteria

Locations in Schweinfurt:

  • Main entrance, Ignaz-Schön-Straße 11

Germany Ticket for Students

Upgrade to the term ticket: D-Ticket Studium

With the Deutschlandticket, you can travel throughout Germany as a student. If you’re studying at the Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences, you can purchase the Deutschlandticket at a reduced price.

You can easily get the ticket via the WVV app or via this link here
