Wir haben neue Verfahrensrichtlinien verfasst:

• Verfahrensrichlinie - Liste der zu vergebenden Ämter - FWI
• Verfahrentsrichtlinie - Fachschaft WI - Mitgliederstruktur
• Verfahrensrichtlinie - Semesterspeakers FWI

We founded a new Ausschuss to come up with a new concept for the Fachschaft internal Whatsapp communication

We elected a new 1. Fachschaftsvorsitz -> Paulina Kloster

We elected a new Schatzmeister -> Yashwardhansinh Jadhav

We assigned responsiblities to create a new Campusrally as well well as a City tour as part of the new Firstsemester introduction.

We decided on the people going to the next Bufak

We founded the following Ausschüsse:

• AS - STV Expansion, to draft up a plan to gain and hold more members and volunteers. Responsible - > Paulina Kloster
• AS - First Semester Orientation Week. Responsible -> Jan-Christopher Langner

We passed a Verfahrensrichtlinie for who should gain access to our room, without being a member of STV

We decided on a concept for Facshchaftsmerch, the goal is now to design and have it printed before the next Semester. Everyone will have to buy their own merch.

We founded the AK Marketing, the lead still has to be determined

We had the following ideas for Campus life at Campus Ledward:

• Open Jam session cooperation with HSG Music Season
• Game Night
• Bonfire evening
• Exkursion:
  • Brewery tours outside Schweinfurt
  • Train museum Nürnberg

We are planing the following ideas for Fachschaftsinternal events:

• Bowling Alley (Pool, Billiard)
• Lasertag
• Brunch(Potluck) in our mainroom
• We founded a committee to figure out the details for a new concept for a first Semester day

We founded a committee to detail new Requirements for what the Servicepoint of FWI should
be and entail. Responsible -> Smita Iyer

The Fachschaft FWI is no longer responsible for managing the Servicepoint in Ignaz, this will
be the responsibility of the Fachschaft FE, as well as dealing with the Fachschaft FANG, FE and
FM
